Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine In Deadpool 3 Don’t Get Too Excited

Hugh Jackman's Wolverine

Ryan Reynolds announced that Hugh Jackman‘s Wolverine will make an appearance in Deadpool 3. The two men had a couch conversation talking about the timeline of the Logan movie, which took place in 2029, and how it won’t interfere with Deadpool 3. The men are best friends, and it will be some funny banter between the characters. But does the public have faith that Kevin Feige and the MCU will deliver on the hype?

MCU appears to be on damage control to win back the core audience. (People that marathon the movies) They fell off. They have presented 3 Multiverse Spider Men in No Way Home, Professor Xavier in Dr. Strange 2. Now, Wolverine, away from the X-Men mind you. Into the MCU. But is Wolverine the crowd-drawer that nostalgic fans and greedy executives expect him to be?

Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine Solo Films

X-Men Origins: Wolverine came out in 2009, where Wade Wilson and Logan appeared on-screen together as a team and later fought with Wolverine chopping the head off of Wade Wilson (not Deadpool) that movie being released and proving to be the absolute disaster that it was proved that movie studios didn’t have competent writers.

That’s not the only bummer because in 2013, The Wolverine came out, and that movie performed horribly too. Logan was the third Wolverine film to finally do it right with the R-rating showing the berserker in live action after they sent the “immortal” mutant to the after life. That timeline is its own thing because the Multiverse exists.

Deadpool 3 is going to be rated R, since this is the third film and it’s pulling the claws out of retirement. This has the potential to be the best film. The first two films were good (nothing Oscar-worthy) and they pulled inspiration from the comics. It also has the potential to go “woke” with the climate we are in today. Seeing these two back on film together can be fun. Time will tell, fans should guard their hearts and not expect too much until we see a trailer.
